Next to rocky road, blueberry is my second favorite ice cream flavor. Well, I love food with blueberries in them like muffins and cookies and cake…well, you get the picture :)

As always, your photos are superb and I love all the brightness in that dessert. Totally unfair that you get to keep it all. Hmph. LOL Well, maybe it’s because those who work for it get to eat it, right??? :P

hope you’ve had a wonderful day today! I’ll try to frequent your site more often. :)
I have a new URL than when you voted for me back in 2010 [i think]. :) It’s a little different, but it’s still me. ;)

That definitely seems like a very good ice cream that you have got there! This is obviously very much healthier than other flavors of ice cream that I can think of. I definitely want to grow some blueberries in my garden now so that I can also do this. The picture that you posted just makes the blueberry ice cream seem so delicious. I’m really sure it tastes great. Thank you so much for posting the recipe here! But do you know what could go great with that? I think bananas and nuts with make it extra special!
