Oooo… toasting banana bread. I hadn’t ever thought of it, and I make it all the time (without nuts, thank you). I’ll have to try it.
The recipe I have is actually from a benefit cookbook my mother bought from the Vestal Nursing home years ago. People think it’s a wonderful recipe, and I have Martha Beadle to thank for it!
Banana Bread (sigh). Good times. But since I live alone (read: have no self control), I refrain from baking a loaf. But thanks to this picture, my mouth is watering and I’m rethinking my banana bread moratorium.
