    We must be twins! (or triplets, since I actually have a twin)

    I just made very similar cookies over the weekend, but dipped them in dark chocolate and sprinkled them with toasted almonds :)

    Janet – we use Fahrenheit here in the states – 350º. I looked up a conversion and it is about 175º celcius

    These are also wonderful with a maraschino cherry (patted dry) pressed onto the top center before baking. WOW!
