I just made very similar cookies over the weekend, but dipped them in dark chocolate and sprinkled them with toasted almonds :)

At what temp did you bake? 120 degree celcius?

Janet – we use Fahrenheit here in the states – 350º. I looked up a conversion and it is about 175º celcius
