This looks heavenly! I can almost taste it and now I’m nearly drooling!
Looks Yummy , I make this and add cheese to it also !
Just found your site through The Pioneer Woman….and your cornbread sounds great, but can’t find how to copy it? Also would like to join your readership. Thanks for the good recipe!
thanks Janis & Debra
Vicki – I sent you an email, but for others who wonder – I suck at finding the time to work on the printable recipe format – sorry!
Sounds great! Fabulous combination of flavors :)
I just signed up to your blogs rss feed – I love your recipes!
Thanks Amanda!
Welcome Bella – nice to meet you :)
Looking delicious, as usual, Donalyn. :)
Now that is some kicked up cornbread!
Thanks Carla & Ryan – we are craving another batch already!
What a recipe! My family would go crazy over this cornbread. it would be wonderful on our next chili night.
I tried this recipe, but it seems like there’s too much baking powder – it tastes too metallic. Is it supposed to be in teaspoons instead of tablespoons. Is there a mistake?
Oh my gosh Patti – I am so sorry! You are correct, it should be teaspoons. Changing it now and thanks for letting me know.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find time to work on the printable recipe format!!!!!!!
HELP US!!!!!!!!!!!!!
George – I know this is a huge lack here, and I do apologize. Your comment will help remind that I need to work on it.
Donalyn, wonderful recipe! Don’t worry about the people complaining it’s not printable; if a person can’t figure out how to copy and paste a recipe to make it printable then they’re probably not too swift in the kitchen either…..
