My allergies seem to be having their way with me today.
My neighbor is getting his wood cut for this coming winter and he could really use a bigger chainsaw I think, because this one sounds like too much is being asked of it. For hours.
I have a ton of stuff to get through and so far I haven’t touched a thing.
It’s one of those days ya know?
So – enjoy this photo of things promised. It is an Anemone bud – “September Charm” to be exact. When most everything else in the garden has exhausted its energy, anemones burst into their own with an exuberant farewell to summer. That is all inside right now though, so all we can see is the potential.
Nice!
What a lovely photo. Look forward to see it’s potential.
=D
That anemone is staring at me!
…. and did you say winter is coming? ….. b-l-e-e-e-c-c-h-h! (The only thing that makes it bearable is your beautiful snowy scene photographs …. but lets stop talking about that!)
I think I am with ya on everything. And my neighbor uses his leaf blower 24/7. Gah.
Take care of yourself. I have the neighbor next door who has a thing going on with his leafblower from the minute he gets off work to when he goes to bed. Every day. And I thought I was OCD…
Vroom, vroom…..he-he
Beautiful photo!
I hope the day has been going better.
I like the colors in the photograph, the purplish bud and that wine-red line behind it.
Summer’s almost over? Hoorah! Helloooooo little anemone, harbinger of fall!
