I get to pick this time. Anna had her day yesterday and today is Mark’s day. I loved this post, titled “A Boy and His Dandelions”, when I first posted it on May 10, 2008 and these remain some of my favorite photos of all time. Some of your favorites may be under the “Photos” category over in the left sidebar.
Even a very masculine, truck playing, lego tunnel building, tool belt wearing, ball catching little boy appreciates a field full of flowers. A field where no one is telling him to be careful about what he is stepping on and he can run to his heart’s content. Not only can you walk and run wherever you like, you can pick a bunch of these flowers and no one gets at all upset. That sap stuff is a little stickyBut these flowers make us laughAnd maybe even dance
Man is that ever a handsome kid. He has lucky parents.
Too cute;)
The French call them Pis en lit, and the sap cures warts.
Gorgeous pictures and oh how i miss cuddling my babies.
I love that last one the best. So cute! And? Now I’m really missing summer.

I love the pure joy of children. This captures it perfectly.
