Though it may seem so, I haven’t dropped off the face of the earth, I promise. Lots of things have been going on, with the holidays, family, traveling to help my sister out after surgery, and…AND! A new project I have in the works, but that is not yet quite ready for prime time. Fear not though, gentle reader, all will soon be revealed, and I think you will be as excited as I am.
I know that I always joke that I’m a hermit, but there is an element of truth to that. We live pretty far out in the country, and since I work from home, I don’t have a lot of reasons for trips to town. We’ve schooled ourselves for years to remember what we need while we’re in town because driving over to the store for one forgotten item is no small thing – I mean, I have to put on eyeliner for Pete’s sake. With the price of gas these days, it’s no cheap thing either!
But then, my best friend, the internet came along and turned me into a dedicated online shopper. That nice man in the big brown truck brings me all kinds of stuff, and I love him for it! Over the years, I’ve found some favorite spots to shop, but I’m always on the lookout for new ones. I love the convenience of online shopping, but I have a another rule that goes along with convenience: It has to save me money too. And free shipping – gotta have free shipping! We hermits are a cheap lot.
So, I was glad to find the P&G eStore, a place to get great deals on products I use all of the time anyway. And, this is pretty cool – BlogHer and the P&G eStore have these great stocking stuffer ideas that they have asked me to share with my blog readers.
Not only that, but they have sweetened the deal with a few little extra goodies:
15% off on a first-time order from a new customer, using this promo code:
Free Shipping on orders over $25
Free Samples with every order.
They carry everything from pet food and laundry products, to facial care and small electronics. But, as a Grandma, who frequently buys cool little gadgets for her grandkids, I was really glad to see lots and lots of batteries. You want to make sure you provide plenty of high quality batteries for all those gifts under the tree. Nothing ruins Christmas morning faster than having to put all that fun stuff aside until you can get out to the store to pick up batteries, am I right?
And, because I love ya, even a chance to win a bundle of assorted Duracell batteries: click here
So go check it out, and get some bargains!
