    Thanks, Bill – I think my grandmothers both made stuffed peppers. It is kind of an old-timey thing, but they deserve revival I think!

    I have never been fond of stuffed green peppers, because the flavor was too strong, but I might like them made with red peppers. I will have to give them a try one of these days – thanks for the inspriration!
