Aw, thank you for your lovely comment on my blog……
Wow, those tomatoes look fabulous. We’ve had such a lousy summer (??? can one call it summer) that mine are all firmly green. Now off to explore more – your book list looks fab (I’m an insatiable reader so always looking for inspiration).

  7. Sara says:

That looks great, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t come because I thought you were going to show us how to make good margaritas. You know, for sitting on the porch at your drink hour.

  8. Meredith says:

Ha! I read with gusto thinking the potatoes were margarita potatoes!

Margarita or margherita…either way that dish looks yummy!

I just made a version of this with the potatoes from my garden. My family went gaga over it. Thought I was a genious!

I did a less Martha approach. I threw them in a gallon ziploc with the seasonings and oil and shook it!

  22. Deb says:

Well, darn, this looks yummy! Who would have thunk it to partner roasted potatoes, tomatoes with mozzerella cheese. Going to make this next week. I don’t cook on weekends!
