Oh yum! The meals stopped after my hubby’s accident (pooh!), so now I’m the cook again. Guess what we’re having for lunch today?!? I just copied the recipe and I’m on my way to the store.

Thank you for sharing this HEALTHY recipe!

PS My apologies …. scrolling back down through the week’s posts (to at least make sure this wasn’t a two recipe week), I came across Tuesday’s post with Anna Banana …. I see you swapped really funny days this week …. and that was funny!

Besides …. it’s your blog …. far be it from me to try and tell you how to run it! ; )

    Love Ya, CM

What I meant to say on the first comments that I thought I posted…. A recipe on a Thursday? ….. I thought if we made it past Tuesday without a recipe …. we were good for the week! :)

Actually, your post today reminded me to tell you about a cookbook that my wife found at the library “Raising The Salad Bar” by Catherine Walthers. She is a private chef for clients on Martha’s Vineyard. It is really good and I think you would like it. Even I’m reading it ….. and I’m proud to say that I went out and bought the ingredients myself at our loacal health food store (mainly because I know my wife would not spend $18 on just two vinegars and a bottle of olive oil …. Newman’s Own) and I made my very own balsamic vinegarette to bring to work and use on the salads I make here at the salad bar in our cafeteria! Next I’m going to make the bowtie pasta salald with asparagus, watercress and lemon zest. ….. (maybe).

That recipe sounds really yummy, although I would leave out the broccoli (it gives me gas). :)

My daughter in law’s birthday is this month, and that sounds like a great recipe to make.

Mmm! Summer’s here and with it – THE SALAD!!!

Thanks for the great recipe. We have a family reunion coming up in a few weeks, and this will be something different that all the other cooks will want the recipe for (everyone’s goal!)
