Time to get back to sharing some of the music I’ve been listening to lately. I used to do this more frequently, but I’ve gotten out of the habit. I started listening to Damien Rice for a couple years ago – ever since my friend Kate mentioned him on her blog. Lately I’ve been checking out Ray LaMontagne, who just about kills me, I love his voice so much. You might recognize his song “Trouble” which has been on an insurance company commercial – you know, the one where the dog is all wigged out because he can’t decide where to hide his bone. [Riley does this with his rawhide bones – they end up in our closet usually, a place that obviously isn’t disturbed very often by cleaning and is therefore safe. He can tell no one can find anything in there.] Anyway, I was thrilled to find this duet on YouTube & I hope you’ll enjoy it too.
If you want to check out more, here are a few links on Amazon. I do make a few cents if you purchase through my links and store. I know some of you always go to Amazon
through my link over there in the sidebar and I do really appreciate it – thanks!

Happy Saturday!
*Damien Rice’s lyrics are a bit on the salty side at times, so you may want to skip listening to him when your Granny is over to visit.
They sound so good together! I bought a Damien Rice CD I ran across at a bookstoe because I remembered you mentioned him. I have loved it! You should put in links to the the CDs on here too, because of some of us are still in the dark ages and still buy the disks. I’ll be looking for Ray LaMontagne now too – thanks!
Hey Be – you can find the CDs by searching on Amazon – if you went in through one of those links, I still get my little cut of things.
