Well it is this week anyway. They are so busy out there these days that I can’t keep away.
Tufted Titmouse – he is hanging on one of my plant hangers that I put out already. It will be more than a month until I dare hang any plants outdoors though. A Cardinal keeping his eye on another one who was on a branch above him.The Cowbirds are back! The Goldfinches still look a little scruftyThe woodpecker is not interested in sharing with the Purple Finch. Birds are zenophobes.Remember this from back in the winter? Looks a lot better this week I think.
Time for “Let’s not bite the UPS man” class. See you later!
Dlyn! Why on earth would you bite the UPS man?!
Wonderful photos!
The other day there were two male cardinals frequenting our flat feeder. I finally realized they were taking seed and then flying to the female and feeding her. Didn’t know they did that. How gallant!
Oh I love cardinals and goldfinches! I really hope to see some here soon.
I just love your pictures! I’m a friend of Cm in KC!
I hear the birds finally around this farm. I am so glad winter is over! Beautiful pictures.
I am green with envy at your photography skill! ;-)
I love the birdie pictures!
Cowbirds are so cool :-)
I have never been much of a bird watcher, but I think the pictures you post could make me one!

Wow that purple finch is so beautiful. We don’t see many at our feeder and we never get cowbirds. I need to visit soon so we can drink coffe and watch the birdies.
