I have never thought to add cream cheese to my chocolate chip cookies. It sounds like a brilliant idea though! Thank you for sharing it with us. I’m sorry I’ve been so absent. Between moving (and feeling quite sick) I’m just now catching up to over a month of blog-reading! I hope you are doing well. It feels good to be back :-)
Boy, we’re both suffering from an insufferable cold too! Tons and tons of coughing. Otherwise, it’s not too bad, but it’s lasting forever. Anyway, great looking cookie. I love all that cream cheese! These must taste wonderful. Thanks.
Carole – ugh – I can’t believe I did that! I guess I shouldn’t be allowed on the internet when I’m sick. Thanks for catching the error – it is fixed now!
There's a new blog in town, and eventually everything from here will be moved over there.
You don't have to wait though - go and check it out now! The Creekside Cook
I’m just getting caught up on your blog today, and these look just as good as the last ones. Yummy!

Hello! Just checking, the pre-heat oven temperature of 350 degrees..would that be in degrees celsius or fahrenheit? :)
Hi kat – it is fahrenheit.
