    I love the molasses in these cookies. I have not seen molasses in PBC recipes before. I’m thinking it must give them more depth of flavor and add to chew! They sound wonderful!

    Shelby – that is exactly what it does! Molasses seems to make peanut butter taste more peanutty.

    These sound like the perfect cookies for dipping into a glass of milk. Peanut butter and chocolate is a wonderful combination.
