It is fun to give away money – particularly when it is someone else’s money, right? BlogHer asked me to “host” one of their $100 questions and I was more than happy to oblige. It runs until 5:00PM Monday, and all you have to do is answer the question, and you will be entered. Lately, my favorite thing to cook is Roasted Eggplant and Roasted Tomato Pasta. Make a sauce out of the roasted eggplant, tomatoes, fresh basil, parmasan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and whatever else you like to add, and mush it all up, put over pasta.
Pasta does not like me but I sure love Pasta. We just have to learn to get along!!
