I get an embarrasing number of them &#8211; particularly gardening magazines. But I only get a two food related ones right now &#8211; Martha&#8217;s &#8220;Everyday Food&#8221; and &#8220;Bon Appetit&#8221;. I like one of them far more than the other, but I won&#8217;t say which because I don&#8217;t want to hurt Martha&#8217;s feelings, even if a hose of hers I bought at K-Mart kept kinking on me until I replaced it with one from Lowe&#8217;s.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1DJHgeAI\/AAAAAAAADvY\/RsdcwH6-p5c\/s1600-h\/top.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267018092313081858\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand; width: 500px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1DJHgeAI\/AAAAAAAADvY\/RsdcwH6-p5c\/top.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>But then I got a trial-come on type thing from &#8220;Cook&#8217;s Illustrated&#8221;. It&#8217;s really nice &#8211; but kind of expensive, so I am not sure if it is worth the money.<a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1DiVBPLI\/AAAAAAAADvg\/ButPT-Fm7Cg\/s1600-h\/alone.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267018099080641714\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand; width: 500px;\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1DiVBPLI\/AAAAAAAADvg\/ButPT-Fm7Cg\/alone.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Lots of recipes of course &#8211; and they seem to try things a whole bunch of different ways and then present what they believe to be the best method to prepare the dish. That is interesting.<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1D1cz0JI\/AAAAAAAADvo\/Ealo9lJcRcE\/s1600-h\/potato.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267018104213590162\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand; width: 500px;\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1D1cz0JI\/AAAAAAAADvo\/Ealo9lJcRcE\/potato.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>There are columns of kitchen tips and product reviews. And seemingly, no advertising, which is nice.<a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1D5HBH5I\/AAAAAAAADvw\/IHBjkwy61vE\/s1600-h\/notes.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5267018105195929490\" style=\"display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: hand; width: 500px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SRg1D5HBH5I\/AAAAAAAADvw\/IHBjkwy61vE\/notes.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>So tell me &#8211; do you get &#8220;Cook&#8217;s Illustrated&#8221; and why or why not?
