This stuff is absolutely delicious though, and so easy that anyone can get a great result.  I&#8217;m not going to put the actual recipe on my blog, but you can go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.artisanbreadinfive.com\/?p=1616\" target=\"_blank\">the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes website<\/a>, and get the original.<\/p>\n<p>You do need a baking stone of some kind, but that is a very useful thing to have anyway.  I have this one:  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/B0000E19MW\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=dlyn-20&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=390957&amp;creativeASIN=B0000E19MW\">Old Stoned 16-Inch Round Oven Pizza Stone<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=B0000E19MW\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" \/> I just leave it in my oven all the time, and it&#8217;s very durable, showing no wear at all, after nearly two years of weekly use.<\/p>\n<p>This could not be any simpler. You leave it out on the counter for a couple hours, then stick it in the fridge for up to 14 days, using it as you need it.  My big, ugly pink bowl is the perfect size for a batch of this &#8211; 6 quarts.
