Tuesday &#8211; I promise!]<br \/><\/em><\/span><br \/>Last night Larry and I went up in the State Land Forest to take some photos, which I will post in the days to come. Under the litter of last year&#8217;s oak leaves, I spotted a flash of red, and pulling back the leaves, I found this.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SPCji4TTYCI\/AAAAAAAADb8\/i3bfdHRC6yY\/s1600-h\/mushroom.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5255880584765595682\" style=\"DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_8YuevXJXjqg\/SPCji4TTYCI\/AAAAAAAADb8\/i3bfdHRC6yY\/mushroom.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>I would not have been surprised at all to see a toad sitting on it and even less surprised if it had spoken to me.
