I am not a huge fan of domesticated varieties of tall phlox. Because of our humidity, they often get a sort of mildew on them and they bloom late, which means the foliage is looking kind of ratty by the time they get any flowers. They grow well for some gardeners, but I have never had a lot of luck with them.<\/p>\n<p>But wild Phlox? No problem. Not that I actually <em>grow<\/em> them mind you. They grow all by themselves and are everywhere right now. The colors are amazing.
